Dear Farmingdale Community,

Welcome, Farmingdale families!  We are so glad you took the time to visit our website.

School Registration

Please click HERE for details and instructions on registration.

Mandatory paperwork will need to be dropped off at the school in person.

Preschool

  • Tuition-free program.

  • 3- and 4-year-old students who are residents of Farmingdale are welcome to apply. (3rd birthday needs to be on or before October 1, 2024. Proof of residency required.)

  • Full-day program following our school hours of 8:25am-3:15pm.  Please be aware that the method of instruction (in-person/hybrid/remote) is subject to guidance from the health department.  Currently, all instruction is in-person.

  • Limited seats; if needed, the district will hold a lottery to determine participants.

  • Students who are 4 years old on or before October 1, 2024 (who will be entering Kindergarten for the 2025-26 school year) will receive priority.

  • Transportation is not provided.

Kindergarten Through 8th Grade

All of the above, except enrollment is not limited to a set number of students, and students must attain the age of 5 on or before October 1, 2024.  Current Farmingdale students who will be entering grades 1 through 8 do not need to register, but new families with children entering those grades in Farmingdale School do.

Step 1 - Registration via OnCourse

https://www.oncourseconnect.com/registration/9779

Please click the link above to begin the registration process and enter all of the requested information. Be sure to submit your form at the end.

Step 2 - Paperwork Appointment

After submitting your registration on OnCourse, please schedule an appointment to drop off the documents that need to be presented in person.

We will make an immediate copy of your child’s original birth certificate and proof of residency documents, and return them to you, but we will need to keep the original Universal Health Record and immunization record signed and stamped by the doctor.  Returning students do not need to bring their birth certificate.  Please make an appointment to bring in these mandatory documents.

Please contact the office with any questions.
