W2SW - 2025-2026 Schedule


October 15th: “Fuel Your Adventure” W2SW - Wear Warm autumn hues (orange, brown, red, yellow)


November 5th: “Gratitude Trail” W2SW - Wear deep greens and/or burgundy and bring in a canned good to donate!


December 10th: “Shine on the Path” W2SW - Wear cool blues and whites or a crazy sweater!


January 21st: “New Peaks to Climb” W2SW - Wear icy blues and grays


February 11th: “Heart of the Journey” W2SW - Wear blue/red/pink and support Big Hearts to Little Hearts and 

Congenital Heart Disease Awareness!


March 11th: “Move Through the Map” W2SW – Wear pastels (mint green, lavender, soft yellow)


April 15th: “Earth Explorers” W2SW – Wear greens and blues


May 27th: “Celebrate the Expedition” W2SW - Wear bright and cheerful colors (yellow, light blue, pink)



 



Walk To School Wednesday happens RAIN or SHINE :)


Some things we have done so far include:

  • W2SW (Walk to School Wednesdays) – promoting healthy regular walking to school
  • Improved food based celebration guidelines for parents and staff at school
  • Community School Garden, with fresh vegetables grown by students and staff
  • Skate Time roller skating curriculum for 3 weeks in school, so kids can learn the basics and skate safely in town as well
